On Monday, August 14, in the medieval castle of the old town of Kršan, organized by the Tourist Board of the Municipality of Kršan, the Istrian romantic evening will be held for the fourteenth time, under the artistic baton of our academic musician, composer and mastermind Bruno Krajcar.

This year he will be joined on stage by the male group Klapa Kastav and the young poet Vanesa Aničić. Klapa Kastav was founded in June 1992 and since then has been working continuously and dedicatedly to preserve Croatian musical heritage. Their many years of successful work are best evidenced by numerous awards and recognitions in the country and abroad.

A little music, song, laughter and tears will be the best recipe for this romantic evening. The excellent wines of Vosilla from Vozilići will give the final sensory note to this event, and visitors will also be able to treat themselves with craft beer from the Labona brewery.

Before the feast of the Assumption, every year Kršan becomes a place where lovers of music and poetry gather, coming from various parts of Istria and the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County, as well as tourists staying in the municipality. The ancient town under the night sky, with light backdrops and piano sounds under the fingers of maestro Krajcar with some of the most beautiful verses opens its doors to all those who want to indulge in the charms of romance.

Before the concert, in the church of St. Anthony the Abbot, a holy mass will traditionally be held starting at 7:30 p.m. Istrian romantic evening with free entrance starts at 8:30 p.m.
